Now Lebanon | Israeli PM tells “flytilla” activists to solve region’s “real problems” | #Airflotilla2

BREAKING – Exclusive by @972Mag : “Political contract” required to enter Israel?

Now Lebanon | April 14, 2012

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday advised hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists planning to fly in to Tel Aviv to concentrate on “real problems” in the region.

“We appreciate your choosing to make Israel the object of your humanitarian concerns,” he said in an open letter issued by the prime minister’s office.

“We know there were many other worthy choices,” he said.

“You could have chosen to protest the Syrian regime’s daily savagery against its own people, which has claimed thousands of lives,” said the Israeli leader.

“You could have chosen to protest the Iranian regime’s brutal crackdown on dissent and support of terrorism throughout the world,” he said.

“You could have chosen to protest Hamas rule in Gaza, where terror organizations commit a double war crime by firing rockets at civilians and hiding behind civilians.”

Netanyahu said his country was “the Middle East’s sole democracy, where women are equal, … human rights organizations can operate freely, religious freedom is protected for all.”

“We therefore suggest that you first solve the real problems of the region, and then come back and share with us your experience,” he said.

Between Saturday evening and Sunday, hundreds of activists, mainly from European countries, are expected to land at Israel’s main international airport as part of a campaign called “Welcome to Palestine.”

The visitors are expected to openly declare their intent to visit the West Bank, but Israel has vowed to prevent them from arriving. In previous years, activists have been held in custody pending deportation.

During the first “Welcome to Palestine” campaign in 2010, organizers said around 100 activists managed to get in without incident and travel to the West Bank, access to which is controlled by Israel.

But last year, Israel worked with airlines to prevent activists from boarding planes bound for Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion airport, and detained and later deported others who managed to arrive.

British airline Jet2.com and French carrier Air France said on Saturday they had joined Germany’s Lufthansa in cancelling seats on flights to Tel Aviv, after Israel raised objections.

Martyred By Israeli Occupation Attacks

انّا للہ و انّا الیه راجعون

May Allah Subhana wa Ta’ ala grant the Shuhada Jannatul Firdaus, and ease it for their families, loved ones and anyone around them. Allahumma Ameen ya Rabbil Alameen. ‘ Inna Lillahi wa ‘ Inna ‘ Ilayhi Raji’un, Allahu Akbar

* The list of shuhada does not display, the numerous victims of the zionist occupation which are undocumented by media. Nor it displays the victims of the “silent onslaught” due to restrictions of movement, ability to go to hospitals for treatment or life saving surgery, due to lack of medication because of the blockades and so on. For example: The Slow Motion Genocide by the Siege on Gaza only, killed 600 patients since Gaza got under Israeli Siege.

Neither does this list, display the avoidable mortality. A clear and statistical factual evidence, about the number of deaths due to indecent ruling by occupation forces. For even an occupier has obligations under International Laws, Geneva Convention and the Hague regulations, which it is neglecting. These circumstances, together with deliberate policies of the occupier to neglect and even deny every basic human right, severes avoidable mortality which is totally silenced by media or reporting organisations. While in the Holocaust, 1 on 6 Jewish people directly died of deliberate neglect, so if we believe the facts over 1 million due to avoidable mortality, neither should these same circumstances be ignores which are ongoing in Palestine. For this report displays a avoidable morality of at least 0,5 million Palestinians.

How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all.
